Seattle-based nonprofit dedicated to hope, awe and suicide prevention.
Through community programs, awe experiences and hopeful campaigns, we help people reconnect with meaning, presence and the possibility that there is still something left.
Why We Exist
For the Possibilities exists to help people remember why they want to stay.
We are a Seattle-based nonprofit dedicated to suicide prevention through community programs, awe experiences and hopeful campaigns that reconnect people with hope, connection and possibility.
Because while crisis can make the world feel smaller, we believe moments of awe, belonging and meaning can gently remind us that there is still something left worth experiencing.
More Than Survival
Suicide prevention is about more than helping people survive, it's about helping people reconnect with reasons to stay.
We believe healing often begins in small moments:
awe.
stillness.
connection.
laughter.
beauty.
belonging.
The moments that remind us life can still surprise us.
Rooted In:
Pause: Making space to slow down, notice, breathe and reconnect to the present moment.
Stay:Holding onto the possibility that life can still hold meaning, beauty and something more for you.
Live: Reconnecting to joy, wonder, awe and the feeling of being fully alive.
Fight: Refusing to let the hardest days convince you there is nothing more waiting for you.
Heal: Creating space for connection, softness, growth and becoming.
Why Awe Matters?
We don't believe awe replaces therapy, community or other forms of support.
We believe awe can become one of the moments that helps someone remember why they want to stay.
Programs & Experiences
We're currently developing our first community programs, awe experiences and hope campaigns.
Every program we create begins with one question:
What might help someone remember why they want to stay?
That question guides everything we build.
Whether through community programs, awe experiences or hopeful campaigns, our mission is to help people reconnect with hope, belonging and the possibility that there is still something left.
Because suicide prevention isn't only about responding to crisis, it's also about creating more reasons to stay.
